Kasaragod, June 7: In a tragic accident that occurred on the morning of Thursday, June 7 between a scooter and Kerala state KSRTC bus at Uduma gate on the national highway, the scooter rider lost his life.
The deceased is identified as Naveen (22), a resident of Nadukkaal of Melparamba near here.
Naveen was an employee of an hotel in Uduma. He was going towards to hotel to join duty in the morning. The KSRTC bus was plying from Kottarakara to Kollur. Due to the speed and impact of the accident Naveen died on the spot. The bus is confiscated by Bekal police and the driver of the bus is arrested in this connection.
