Mangaluru, Jun 11: Northernsky Properties Pvt Ltd, since its inception has been the front-runners in promoting green concept projects in the city. Its ‘City’ project, located in Pumpwell, follows a concept of 80/20 in which 80% is free space which houses some of the best greenery in town.

As part of a social initiative, Northernsky Properties Pvt Ltd organized a tree plantation drive at its Northernsky City Project on June 5.

Every year on June 5, people from all parts of the world organize similar plantation drives and create awareness in their communities.

The existing customers from Tower A and their families, along with the employees took part in this drive and planted trees in and around the property.

This year, the theme was ‘Beat plastic pollution’.

Critical information with regards to plastic pollution and its after-effects were shared with the crowd and solutions were generated to mitigate/reduce their plastic footprints.
