Bengaluru, Jun 26: Chief secretary of Karnataka, K Ratna Prabha, strongly feels that officials are responsible for the increasing clout of educational mafia. "Officials do not work promptly to address lacunae. As a result, the mafia has multiplied as a result," she said.

Ratna Prabha's tweet expressing her resentment at the above state of affairs on Monday June 25 came as a surprise for the political and social circles. It also gave rise to intense discussions. The officials of the government too were taken aback by this sudden tweet.
