The problem is ,there are too many vehicles on the road.
whatever solution you do without addressing this first will not work.
Need to come up with a system to reduce the registrations of the vehicles.
Our Roads are just not enough.Shortcuts will not work.

Why does the Motor Vehicle Dept registers every day so many vehicles inspite of the Road infrastructure and Parking of Vehicles at a very very pathetic and miserably situation. Even the Police does not have enough traffic constables to man the traffic. It is time to put an end to registering of new vehicles, which they will not do. So having these complaints issue relating to parking makes no sense. Moreover I have observed cars and bikes people drives very rashly and they overtake from both sides. Once they sit on the driving seat they think they are the 'King of the road'.

Traffic block at Nanthoor circle is a common problem, said another caller. He said the checking of vehicles by the police near to the circles affects smooth traffic flow. THIS IS 100%TRUE. LET THE POLICE CHECK VEHICLES AT SOME OTHER PLACE. IN PLACES NANTHOOR AND PUMPWELL POLICE SHOULD CONCENTRATE MORE ON SMOOTH TRAFFIC MOVEMENT RATHER THAN CHECKING. PLS DAIJI BRING THIS TO THE NOTICE OF COMMISSIONER

Its useless to complain to this police phone in!. They do a drama of taking action and then with in a couple of days everything is back to normal!. I had complained on their whatsapp number about city and express buses using harsh horns and blaring music and also violating all traffic rules! No action has been taken on these complaints!
