Udupi: Disinterestedness to continue education - student commits suicide

Udupi, Sep 11: A student hanged himself at his home. This tragic incident happened at Padubettu in Adi Udupi here on Sunday September 9 evening.

The youngster who chose to end his life at such a young age was Gunesh Ram (15), son of Karan Ram. He belonged to a family which hails from Rajasthan and currently living in a rented house at Pandubettu.

Family sources said that Gunesh was not at all interested in continuing his studies. Frustrated at having to continue to attend school study, he ended his life, sources said.

A case about this incident was registered in the town police station.
