Mangaluru, Sep 15: Dr Rohan Mascarenhas released his textbook ‘Essentials of Orthodontics’ during the Indian Dental Association, Dakshina Branch meet on September 4.
Dr V Surendra Shetty, pro-vice chancellor, MAHE, Manipal; Dr Sadashiva Shetty, principal, Bapuji Dental College, Davangere; Dr Subraya Mogra and Dr Dilip Nayak, principal, MCODS, Mangaluru, released the book.
Dr Sham Bhat, vice-principal, Yenepoya Dental College and Dr Manoj Varma, principal, Srinivas Dental College, were present.
IDA, Dakshina Branch president Dr Shivsharan Shetty; secretary, Dr Nillan Shetty and treasurer Dr Prasanna Kumar and Dr Bharath Prabhu were also present.
Dr Rohan Mascarenhas outlined the features of the book which he has dedicated to his teacher Dr V Surendra Shetty.
Head of the various Orthodontic departments, Dr Ravi, Dr Siddarth Shetty and Dr Arun Urala were also present.
