Chandrakanth, father of a child, had good relationship with his neighbours. On the basis of complaint filed by his brother, Kundapur police have registered missing case. Police sub-inspector, Harish, visited the spot and put together details. The police are investigation on a few points they have put together and feel that they might get some breakthrough in a day or two.

Some locals feel that some vehicle would have hit Chandrakanth in pitch dark conditions and would have carried him in their vehicle thereafter. However, the scene at the spot did not give any evidence to support this theory. Therefore, there is suspicion that he would have been kidnapped.
