Mangaluru: South Kanara Photographers’ Association honours Bishop Peter Paul

Mangaluru, Sep 18: On behalf South Kanara Photographers’ Association, Dakshina Kannada and Udupi district, the office bearers of the association honored Dr Peter Paul Saldanha, bishop of Mangaluru at Bishop’s House on Monday, September 17.

Honouring the bishop Wilson Gonsalves, district president South Kanara Photographers’ Association said, "It is a happy moment to meet the newly ordinated bishop of the diocese. On behalf of the association and entire photographer fraternity, I congratulate him for his lordship. His vast knowledge in religion and his vision in inter-religious relationship will help our society. He is not only a leader of Christian community. He is the leader of our society. His leadership will lead towards a peaceful society."



Vittal Chowta, district convener, and the office bearers of Mangalulu, Bantwal, and Beltangady regions were present.
