Karkala, Sep 20: In connection with the death of Girija Salian (50) from Bommaya Lachin, Sacheripet, Mundkoor in the taluk recently, the police have arrested four persons, accusing them of their involvement in this death. On being produced in the court here, they were remanded to 15 days judicial custody.
The arrested accused are John Clodian (57) from Kadandale, Padmanabha Salian (42) from Mundkoor, Sunil (30), resident of Alangaragudde Mundkoor, and Shivaram Shetty (80) from Posral.
The police have taken into possession two cars, three cellphones and Rs 35,000 in cash in connection with the said case from the accused.
