Kolar, Sep 22: Female fans fell at the feet of former chief minister Siddaramaiah for blessings during inauguration of Kanakadasa backward class students’ hostel at Maloor town in the district here on Saturday, September 22.

Siddaramaiah had gone to Kolar for the programme. The former chief minister posed for photographs on the dais with female fans. Women who posed for photographs with him fell on his feet and received his blessings.

Siddaramaiah being flocked by fans irritated other leaders on the dais and they expressed their displeasure with the organisers.

    It is such reprehensible behaviour by the people that makes the politicians think that they are something great or our masters. By all means respect a person for his age and not just because he is some politician. Keep politicians in their place and tell them to do their job for which they have been elected and are being paid.

    There is no surprise when people see celebrities stars and leaders they just get crazy or emotional and do the things not acceptable to an educated and modern society. Our India is like that leave alone somewhat dignified leader like Mr. Siddaramaiah, people make layman babas and worship then he is to be exposed laterf for his misdeeds.
