Tulu Koota Kuwait to celebrate annual ‘Tulu Parba’ on Oct 26

Kuwait, Sep 25: Tulu Koota Kuwait will celebrate ‘Tulu Parba 2018’ on October 26, at American International School, Kamel Al Rayes Auditorium, Maidan Hawally.

Pramod Madhwaraj, former minster to Karnataka state government will grace the occasion as chief guest. K Jeeva Sagar, Indian ambassador to State of Kuwait will also be present. Roshan Donald D’Souza Belman, founder, Humanity Foundation, will be honoured during the event for his outstanding social work.

The multi-fold festival will begin at 3 pm at American International School Auditorium, Maidan Hawally. A team consisting of more than 100 talented Koota members will present the second part of super hit show ‘Tembere’ which will showcase the glory of the Tulunadu, its culture and language. The unique show has been conceptualised and directed by Suresh Salian with script by Tharendra Shettigar.

The main attraction to drama lovers will be a Tulu entertaining drama by the famous ‘Cha Parka’ team led by state award winner Telikeda Bolli Devdas Kapikad. A team of 16 well-known artistes including Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Thimmappa Kulal, Sathish Bandale, Sadashiv Kulal and such others will visit Kuwait to present super hit drama ‘Paniyere Aavandina’ written and directed by Devdas Kapikad.
