Sullia: Youth setting up Shamiyana electrocuted

Sullia, Dec 28: In a tragic incident which happened on the evening of Thursday, December 27, a youth who was erecting Shamiana for a marriage function got electrocuted.

The deceased was Preetesh (19), son of the late Uliya Satyanarayana from Jeermukki in Nellur Kemraje village in the taluk. He was hired by a firm dealing in Shamianas at Elimale village.

After suffering strong electric shocks, Preetesh was rushed to a hospital, but by the time he reached the hospital, he had breathed his last.

Preetesh, who was the only son of Leelavalthi, was the breadwinner for the family.
