I would like to inform the readers of this news that according to me this is the FIRST SCHOOL to have this old student's meet. The reason for me to know is because my Mum Mrs. Irene Vaz (In Red T Shirt) is the old student and has been attending this meet for more than 10yrs now, even before the website who wrote about this existed. The best part about this school is that they meet up every year without fail. I was also a student of Milagres for 11yrs till 1991 and i know how it feels to attend this reunion even though I missed the recent one. I feel proud & happy to see all of them actively taking part. May God bless them all with good health & peace of mind. Thanks Daijiworld team for having this particular news published in your website with good pictures.

It was indeed a pleasure reading this article, as I too was a student of Victoria Girls High School from 4th to 10th Standard. Mine was 1964-65 batch to complete SSLC. I had read about Sr. Benita's demise in daiji couple of days ago and I am sad to note that Kusuma Teacher and Shantadevi Teacher who were our mentors for Kannada and Hindi too passed away. May Almighty grant eternal rest to these dear departed souls. I take this opportunity to wish good health, happiness and long life to the teaching fraternity of my dear Alma Mater which has a very soft corner in my heart and I am proud to be a student of this esteemed Institution. Hope and Pray all their dreams and aspirations for their students come true.
