Madikeri: Pramod Mutalik in Hospital

Daijiworld Media Network - Madikeri (SP)

Madikeri, Feb 2: Founder of Sriram Sena Pramod Mutalik, who was arrested  by the Madikeri police in connection with a provocative speech he allegedly delivered in the district a few years ago, was admitted into the district government hospital here on his arrival from Mangalore. The police contingent along with Mutalik reached Madikeri at about 12 midnight on Saturday January 31. As he complained of ill health, he was admitted to the hospital.

Speaking to reporters on his arrival here, Mutalik warned the BJP that the Hindus, with the support of whom it had risen to power in the state, will desert it to teach it a lesson for arresting leaders of Hindu organizations. "Our organizations has been catapulted to national fame because of the pub attack incident," he claimed. While welcoming the chief minister's statement against pub culture, he said that the Sena will ensure that the revellers will not be able to celebrate Valentines Day scheduled on February 14..

Mutalik is scheduled to be produced in the civil court in Virajpet on Monday February 2, in relation with a case pertaining to the provocative speech allegedly delivered him at the Hindu Samajotsav held in Gonippal. Mutalik had failed to appear in the Virajpet court even after a warrant was issued against him in the case. The district policemen who went to Mangalore immediately upon learning about his arrest, succeeded in catching hold of him upon his release on bail there.

Mutalik's advocate R D Kulkarni in the meantime, expressed the confidence that the Virajpet court will release Mutalik on bail. "The case here is not very strong. As Sunday happens to be weekly off, he will be produced in the civil court on Monday. At that time, his bail application will be moved," he explained.

Pramod Muthalik should file a case against the Police for taking Him to Hospital with Western Medicine. As per Indian culture, they should Have taken Him to Pandith,so that Pandith can Burn His buttocks with burning Iron to get the evil spirits off him. Then Pandith could cut His skin to get some blood out to please Gods and Evils. Then walk on His broad chest to release His chest Pain. Pour some Hot oil on His head to stop Headache due to talking on Mobile Phone, which is Western Inflicted illness on a DEDICATED Man of Indian Culture.

Man! these Policemen do not think right at all. By the way,how those goons of Rama Sena stayed quiet watching their leader was harnessed to the Bed while using Western Stethscope to observe if their leader is still breathing.

It is quite common and ironic to note that high profile individuals find themselves unwell, usually with chest pain, when they are arrested or in the process of being arrested by the "long" arm of the law and have to be hospitalised. Otherwise they are normally fit as a fiddle, romping around whilst creating chaos all over.
