Mangalore: Kathakkali Dancers Delight Audience at Sanskriti Sinchana

Mangalore, Apr 17: The cultural festival of Indian classical music and dance, titled 'Sanskriti Sinchana - 2009,' is being held at the Town Hall here since Tuesday April 14. This will be a five-day festival, being held under the aegis of K S Hegde Charitable Foundation here and Moodbidri Alva's Education Foundation, as part of the birth centenary celebrations of the late Justice K S Hegde.

On Thursday, the third day of the festival, Kathakkali art form was presented by renowned artistes who drew a lot of appreciation from the audience. Dr M Mohan Alva, chairman of Alva's Education Foundation, was present.
