Apologise to People of State, CM tells Rahul Gandhi

DHNS

Koppa, Apr 19: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi should apologise to the people of the State for speaking lightly about the BJP-led State government, Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa said here on Saturday.

Addressing an election campaign meeting, the chief minister came down heavily on Gandhi and stated that it was the height of irresponsibility to issue such statements.

He took exception to Rahul’s remark that the BJP-led government had no concern for development. Yeddyurappa said it was wrong to believe that his every word would be accepted by the people. If he was interested to know about the developmental works taken up by the State government, he should visit Bangalore and see for himself, the chief minister said. Yeddyurappa criticised the Congress, saying that the party which had  done nothing for the past 50 years was speaking about ‘Bharath Nirman’ now.

Later, at Sirsi, he said: “Even Rahul and Priyanka are trying to teach us lessons. Rahul says that terrorism is not a big issue in the country. All know that lakhs of people have been killed by terrorism and 10,000 soldiers are fighting hard against ‘traitors’. But to Rahul, it is a trivial matter.”

Mr CM, God forbid For once if your party comes to power at the center,It will give the whole country an idea , the vision of a digracful party we have elected to power. Forget development for the citizens it will obviously be development for you ,your party, your party parteners in crime and corrupt govt officials. Don't ask anybody to appologise to you or the people instead if you are human you should, for witnessing so many attrocities against the minorities, women and children in our state under your rule.

The CM  is asking Mr. Rahul Gandhi to see Bangalore for the development works the Govt. has done. Is Bangalore only the place for development? What about the other places in the state? What did the Govt. do to improve the water, drainage, electicity, and education in the rural areas? Distributing crores together to the Mutt and Swamiji''s doesn''t mean that the CM is developing the state. It''s a shame on the part of the bjp government. Let Mr.Yeddi honestly tell or show the people of Karnataka which work is done/completed for the people of the state? It''s high time to the people realize this .

Yeddi please read below your short term goals: to create/develop hatred between commnunities, attack ladies, promote corrupt officers to encounter educated minorities, attack churches, mosques in the name of religions and donate govt money to mutts. Long term goals for your party will be decided by the people of Karnataka.

What Mr. Yeddy, I hope you know your age difference comparing with Mr. Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi. I think they speak about development but you set a government for destruction. You can see for yourself the present state of affairs. Attack on minorities, women and destroying the places of worship.

Dear Mr. Yeddiruppa, It is not Rahul Ghandi who should apologise, but you who should apologise to the people, because it is only during your rule as Chief Minister your party created so much of hatred and disunity among the public, that you should bow your head in shame & apologise to the people. Your party BJP did the same in Gujarat,Karnataka and in Khandamal and if elected to the Centre, could do the same to the whole of India. This could make India the laughing stock of the whole world.

Mr Yeddi has to apologise to the people of Karnataka for his misgovernance. He is busy in operation lotus and visiting temples, mutts and swamijis. He has no time and respect for the chair he is occupying. I feel the government must be dismissed and fresh election held so that BJP realises its mistake and doesnt dare to repeat the same elsewhere.

For once I agree with Mr.Yeddy, Rahul has to apologize to Mr.Yeddy and not to the people of Karnataka because it is their fault that the BJP is in power today. The people of Karnataka have installed this impotent government to power. So Mr.Yeddy is indirectly telling that the people of Karnataka are to be blamed and not his party for the present state of affairs.

Yes Mr. Vincy Mulky/Dubai. Mr. Yediyurappa needs someone’s help to list some of the implemented/completed projects under the current state government. The development work done by Congress is well known to the people of India and abroad. Our Prime Minister is the highly qualified PM ever in the history and for the information of Mr. Yeddi, it was the current PM who provided flow to the growth of Indian Economy during his tenure as Finance Minister during Narshimha Rao led Congress govt. in 1991. The whole world recognizes this, but our CM is in his own well thinking that the people will blindly believe whatever he tells.

From Mangalore's point of view they seem to be doing a lot with regard to road infrastructure but other projects like water supply and drainage have been initiated by the congress. BJP however scores a big zero in social /religous tolerance and harmony. They have managed to divide the society on communal lines ...and that too in such a short time.

Yes, Rahul Ghandi is absoultely right. ALl the developments made by previous CM Krishna. not by BJP Govt. There is no time for Yeddy to make development in Karnataka, because he is busy with campaign to get BJP Govt on central and he is behind all the mattas, temples and swamis to get astrology about BJP. He is fit for sanyas and sit in temple.

Let us concentrate on development and bridging between the communities and faiths. Recently Karnataka has witness lot of communual disturbances and the ruling BJP didnt even tried to stop it. Instead of using its law enforcing machinery to curb the violence, it put the blame on minorities for such incidents, which not only encouraged the fundamentalists to go scot free but also women were beaten up in the name of culture.

Now Yeddi, please tell the people of Karnataka, who should apologise. If any one raises their voice against the misrule, they become your political enemy and you and your brigade call for apology from your critics. Is this the democracy we are talking about?? Few days back, Advani called for Sonia's apology now you are calling for Rahul's apology. Do you think people of Karnataka are not wise enough to understand you?

In the Kargil war 10, 000 soldiers laid their life for the nation during BJP (nda) rule and even in two India Pakistan wars 10,000 soldiers were not died. The coffins were purchased on higher prices and commission was pocketed by bjp led nda men.

What a shame on nationalistic and patriotic rule. Presently bjp and nda wanted to highjack Congress government’s diligently pursued developmental works of 50 years. Congress is proud to tell to citizens that we are the fourth largest economy in the world and the credit goes to congress. Jai ho Congress.

BJP keeps talking about development done in Karnataka, but even fails to proove one implimented & FINISHED PROJECT. There are so many BJP supporters in the forum, can they help the Govt in naming a few? There could be thousands of projects for which ribbons could have been cut. Is there one which is moving fast without any hitches or delay and nothing to do with religion?

Mr.Chiefminister, Have you forgotten about your achievements in the State. 1.Communal riots all over Karnataka 2.Attack on churches ,Priests,Nuns & innocent christians in Mangalore. 3.Attack on innocent muslim children,by your police force. 4.Women bashing by your goons in the name of preserving the culture & Tradition of the state. 5.Many more are your achievements, for which you should be applauded. Like your other political collegeues, who have brought nothing but disgrace to our nation, our states, our relegions, our castes & more over to our peace & harmony, which we shared among all relegions since ancient times.

Now the big question is to whom are you going to appologise ? "To whom shall the Emperor bow down, but unto himself" The king of evil doers, shall appologise unto himself, grieveing that he could not do more if not less.

Why should Rahul Gandhi apologize us, you are the Chief Minister of the state and you are responsibility for giving the opposition the room to criticize you. Kindly be honest, and tell what development our state has witnessed since you took power. What we can see is your party is busy in “operation lotus” or killing the minorities and you took oath in the name of farmer and then farmer was killed by the police. Apology from Rahul Gandhi will not do well for us and you should take responsibility for all the atrocities in Karnataka and seek apology.
