Mumbai: Woman brutally murdered for rejecting neigbour's sexual advances

Bhiwandi, Jun 22: On Wednesday June 19, a woman was found murdered in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. The accused in this matter is a 20-year-old man who is a neighbour of the victim. The accused has been identified as Nikhil Kadu, who took this drastic step after the victim rejected to have sex with him.

The victim has been identified as Chintadevi, who was found to be repeatedly stabbed by the accused. The accused also returned again with a hammer to bash the woman, only to ensure that she was completely dead.

The woman’s husband was away on business and Chintadevi was in the house alone with her six-month old child. Kadu, the accused is unemployed and was arrested on Thursday June 20.

According to police officials, Kadu was drunk at the time of the crime. He has admitted to committing the crime when he was refused by the victim. He admits to assaulting her and stabbing her to death. An officer, Pandarinath Bhalerao said, “Kadu went home but got worried if she was alive. He then took a hammer, went to the her house and assaulted her even as the child looked on.”

The incident was reported once the victim’s husband was back. Senior inspector Maloji Shinde said, “Murder weapons, knife and the hammer have been recovered.”

    This idiot murderer should be hanged to death for killing a married woman with a child. It is unbelievable that this killer was jobless and looking for free sex. He should have found someone else.
