Mangalore: Engineer's Association to observe World Telecommunications Day on May 19

Mangalore, May 17: The World Telecommunications and Information Society Day will be observed at Shambhavi seminar hall of NMAM Institute of Technology Nitte, at 3 pm on Tuesday May 19.

The event is being organized by the local centres of Engineers’ Association.

Dr Niranjan Chiplunkar, NMAM Institutr of Technology Nitte  vice-principal, will deliver a lecture on 'Children's Safety in Cyberspace', on the occasion.

The entry is open to all the interested people, said Mascarenhas, local centre president and Umesh Bhat, honorary secretary, in a release.
