Mangalore: Monsoon Enters Twin-districts

Mangalore, May 25: Amidst reports that the south-west monsoon has entered the Kerala coast, the twin districts have been experiencing cloudy weather and rains since the last two days. The cloudy weather that continued through out the day since Sunday May 24 afternoon, turned into torrential rains on the morning of Monday May 25, signalling the entry of monsoon into the twin districts.

Many places in both the districts reported normal to heavy rains on Saturday night and Sunday. Beltangady, Bantwal etc., got heavy rains on Sunday afternoon while several other places got light drizzle. Karkala, Kundapur and some places in Udupi taluk too got rains on Sunday. Cloudy weather and rainy conditions continue to envelope the two districts.

    God is Great! He has sent rain without differentiating cast, creed, religion and political party. All church,Temple Masjid roofs are drained with rain.
