Moodbidri, Jun 1: The newly-constructed welcome arch and adoration monastery were inaugurated at a function held at Alangar on Sunday, May 31.

Vicar General Fr Denis Moras Prabhu inaugurated both the structures. While inaugurating the welcome arch, he said, those who cross this arch will get showered with the Lord's blessings.

The newly-built Adoration Monastery was later inaugurated by him. On this occasion, he laid emphasis on the need to offer prayers often.

At the Holy mass, Fr Franklin expounded the virtues and power of prayer and faith. "One must have deep faith and pray honestly," he advised.

Parish priest Fr Vincent thanked those who extended help and support for the construction of the arch and the monastery.
