Daijiworld Media Network - Mangalore (SP)

Mangalore, Jun 4: "There is no dissidence within the state ministry. The reports about the major divide between state BJP leaders is purely a media creation," said Dakshina Kannada district in-charge minister J Krishna Palemar. He was speaking to reporters here on Wednesday June 3.

"The issues raised by Reddy brothers are minor in nature. The have been are unnecessarily blown out of proportion. No one has expressed displeasure about the leadership of Yeddyurappa. The government is firmly in place and it is not facing threat of instability. The Chief Minister always gives preference to meeting the legislators. He has never slighted any one," he opined.

When the reporters drew his attention to the statement of Eshwarppa that there are reports of liquor and money having been distributed in many constituencies in the state, he said distribution of liquor and money in exchange for votes is a wrong practice and that if such things have occurred, it would be in the interests of every one to hold investigations.
