Puttur, Jun 10: Dakshina Kannada member of parliament (MP) Nalin Kumar Kateel, who visited Panaje and surrounding, places to canvass for the BJP candidate from Panaje zilla panchayat constituency, Triveni Karunakar Pervody, met voters by conducting neighbourhood meetings in the constituency.

MLA Mallika Prasad, taluk panchayat immediate-past president Chanila Timmappa Shetty, former zilla panchayat member Saja Radhakrishna Alva, BJP Puttur town committee president Gopalakrishna Herle and town general secretary Kishore Kumar Nellikatte accompanied the MP.

    Mr.George Borromeo, angelore, mangalore - This shows that his level / standard upto Panchayath or Zilla Panchayath only. I am sure they kill their time in this only like canvassing, inaugurations etc. etc.

    This is the problem, he has been used by his party as ICON to garner votes. Is this the purpose of his electing as a M.P. of D.K. He should visit the places where developement is needed, or Developement is slow or Where Central Projects are needed or where Projects are delayed. He should meet the Technocrats,Intelectuals,Institutes,Kanara chamber of commerce, NMPT,MRPL,National Highway authority,Airport Authority,discuss problems with the buerocrats,discuss problems with M.C.C., like drinking water problems, infrastructure like four laning, fly overs, port connectivity projects.Sea erosion at ullal. I can type it many more things are there where he should concentrate.

    Think big, Sri Nalin Kumar Kateel, You are a M.P. now, not a Panchayath President or Zilla Panchayath President. People have voted you for the bright future of D.K.. Sorry I forgot, that you have to take permission from your mentor Dr. Kalladka Prabhakar.
