Texas, Jul 31: A woman who was subjected to domestic violence from her husband reached out to a Domino's Pizza employee in Anthony, Texas. The victim had slipped in a note in which she stated her agonizing situation. The incident took place on late Monday night when the woman's husband allowed her to get pizza from Domino's.

A report carried out in the local newspaper said that the husband allowed his wife to go into the pizza chain alone to pick up their order, which is when she was able to pass on the information to the employee across the counter.

After receiving the complaint from the employee, police crossed states lines, eight miles away in Chamberino, to the home where the woman was found bound, gagged, bruised and help captive in a room. According to police officials, the woman was in tears when they rescued her.

The accused has been identified as Roberto Dominguez, who was arrested on charges of domestic violence and kidnapping. However, the part involving the duration of the abuse suffered by the wife has still not been determined.
