Mangalore: Air Force Officer Dies of Cardiac Arrest in Train

Mangalore, Jun 12: Supreet Gundu (44), an Air Force officer from New Delhi, lost his life in the train compartment in which he was travelling, at Kankanady railway station here on the night of Wednesday June 10.

Supreet, presently posted in New Delhi, was going to Kerala along with his wife and children, by availing leave travel concession facility. When the Rajdhani Express reached Kankanady railway station, he suffered cardiac arrest. He was taken to Fr Muller Hospital here immediately, at around 9 pm. He did not respond to treatments and breathed his last.
