Udupi: Bike-Tempo Traveller Collide: One Dies

Udupi, Jun 15: In an accident involving a Tempo Traveller vehicle and a motor bike that occurred in front of SMS College bus shelter on national highway 17 on Sunday June 14 afternoon, the bike rider was killed on the spot. The pillion rider was seriously injured.

The deceased has been identified as Raghavendra (28). Pillion rider Ramesh (26) is being treated in a private hospital in Brahmavar. The motor bike hit the Tempo Traveler, while trying to overtake it.

Raghavendra worked in Supriya Service Centre near Akashvani Brahmavar. His friend Ramesh, works as bus agent.

A case was registered in Brahmavar police station.
