Well, what do I say nothing new and unexpected. Leakage of question papers was a norm even for full time students of the university. I remember the time when my income tax paper was solved even 2 days before the actual exam and when the so called ''Leaked'' paper was published in a leading news daily the day after the exam, it was just dismissed as being inaccurate and a hoax. Now who is to be blamed?
