Mangalore: Paneer Parish Catholic Sabha Unit Donates Houses to Needy

Mangalore, Jun 21: Local philanthropist and social worker Remy Lobo inaugurated two houses donated to poor families at Nadupadav by the Catholic Sabha unit of Our Lady of Mercy parish, Paneer, here on Sunday June 21.   

Paneer Our Lady of Mercy parish priest Fr Victor D’Souza blessed the new houses.



















   


Paneer parish council vice-president Philip D’Souza, ward Gurkar Franklyn Francis Coutinho, Catholic Sabha parish unit president Michael Lobo, St Vincent De Paul (SVP) unit president Boniface D’Souza, Catholic Sabha zonal president Basil D’Souza, panchayat member and youth leader Nazer Nadupadav, and Catholic Sabha parish unit secretary Juliet Santhumayer were the chief guests of the function held after the housewarming ceremony.   

Fr Victor D’Souza commended the social welfare activities of parish unit of Catholic Sabha. 

Michael Lobo welcomed the gathering.  Preetam Noronha Fajir compered the programme.
