Mangalore: Bike Theft – Two Arrested near Kulai

Mangalore, Jun 23: Suratkal police on Monday June 22 evening held two persons red-handedly when trying to rob two bikes from a house in Kulai here. The police were on routine vehicle inspection.

The arrested have been identified as Ashraf alias Achchu (19) and Santhosh Kumar (22), presently residing as tenants of Sharif near Shamshuddin circle, Katipalla. The duo is native of Puttur. Police have also seized the bikes.   

The operation was conducted by Suratkal police led by police officer Arun R Nayak.
