LIC is out to make money only- they should be there for the common man- insuring one person for 63 crores is flaunting of wealth- it will be interesting to know what the age of the insured is what the annual premium to the LIC will be and what all precautions have been taken by the LIC prior to insuring the person. With a policy such as this, surely LIC would have done reinsurance to cover themselves in case of a claim.

Well LIC should have a limit on the largest policy they offer because it is an organisation of the Govt for the common man not the filthy rich. Covering a person is easy the problem arises when making payment in case of a claim.
