Since these are the children of wealthy Parents and Politically connected, the Parent''s name is not published. If they are the Children of Poor parents, the Police dept. will for sure published the name of Parents along with address of Residence.

Now this will be the best opportunity for Law Authorities to make few bucks fast and for sure. Poor person steals a loaf of bread gets label as THIEF and Jail Sentence. Wealthy steals a million, gets lebel as GREEDY and gets slap on wrist with probation.
