Bengaluru: SC to examine petitions questioning disqualification by MLAs on September 11

Bengaluru, Sep 6: The petitions filed by Karnataka legislators who were disqualified by the assembly speaker challenging the said order will come up for hearing in the Supreme Court (SC) on September 11.

The petitions will be examined by a division bench of the SC. The petitions have been moved by Shrimant Patil, Roshan Baig, Anand Singh, H Vishwanath, K Sudhakar, Ramesh Jarkiholi, Pratap Gowda Patil, R Shankar and M T B Nagaraj.
