Mangaluru: Rainfall in coast comes down considerably

Mangaluru, Sep 13: Since the last couple of days, rainfall has come down considerably in Udupi and Dakshina Kannada districts. The city experienced sunny and cloudy weather from morning to afternoon. In the evening, there was some rain. The district as a whole received some rainfall.

Places in Udupi district also experienced considerably less rain. Some rain was reported from places like Tekkatte, Shirva, Padubidri, Brahmavar, Karkala, Kundapur and Byndoor. Udupi got very little rain as only a drizzle was experienced since morning. However, in the evening, there was heavy rain.

The meteorological department has predicted good rains in some places on the coast.
