Mangalore: Record Tampering - Four Officials of Taluk office Suspended

Four employees of the taluk office here have been suspended on charges of forging documents on Tuesday July 14. The suspension was ordered by in-charge deputy commissioner Prabhakar Sharma.
 
Second division assistant Gretta, copier Ravi and attendars, Keshav and Narayan are the suspended employees. The suspension order is based on a complaint received by the in-charge DC against tampering of Record of Rights, Tenancy and Crops copy (RTC) of 1.39 acres of land in Attavar which was changed to one Tukra Poojary's name.
 
Tahasildar of the taluk has directed to take action against two village accountants, Shailesh and Bhasker, involved in the illegal act.
