Bengaluru, Sep 25: Main accused in the IMA scam running into nearly Rs 1,500 crore, main accused Mansoor Khan has been sent to judicial custody. Along with Mansoor, his close aide, Naveed Ahmed too has been remanded to judicial custody and lodged in Parappana Agrahara central prison.
For detailed interrogation, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) officials had taken into custody Mansoor Khan and his close aide, Naveed Ahmed, on September 12. On the expiry of the custody period, both were produced in the special CBI court on Tuesday evening. The court which heard the plea remanded them to judicial custody.
