Brahmavar, Oct 11: A girl, studying in second year degree in a college has gone missing from the afternoon of Wednesday, October 9. Parents have filed a case in this regard in the Brahmavar police station.

Rakshitha (19), elder daughter of Sunita (49), wife of late Ramesh, residing at Ranganakere, Heradi village in the taluk is the girl who has gone missing.

Rakshitha is pursuing second year BCom at Barkur Rukmini Shedthi College. According to the complaint filed by her mother, Rakshitha had health issues and was getting treated by doctor. On the morning of October 9, at around 8.30 am, Rakshitha called her younger sister Anita and told her that she is feeling extremely tired.

When Sunitha, mother of Rakshitha came home at 4 pm, she could not find Rakshitha at home. She even searched the surrounding areas but could not trace her. When Sunitha searched for any clues in the bag of Rakshitha, she found a letter in which Rakshitha has written a suicide note which says, "As my health is not right, I do not have any interest to live. I am killing myself."

A missing case in this connection is registered at Brahmavar police station.
