Madikeri: DySP Ganapathy case transferred to special court for people's representatives

Madikeri, Nov 1: The JMFC court here, which received the investigation report into the suspicious death of the then deputy superintendent of police, M K Ganplaathy, inside a room in a local lodge, has transferred the case to the special court for people's representatives at Bengaluru.

As the name of the then home minister, K J George, figures in the case, the court took this decision.

Central Bureau of Investigation, Chennai, which investigated the said case as per Supreme Court orders since the last three years, had submitted the report to judge of the JMFC court here, Manu, on Wednesday.
