Shimoga: Local Cong Leader Abducted

Shimoga, Aug 16: Pattamakki Mahabalesh, president of block Congress in Konandur, Teerthahalli taluk was abducted on Saturday August 15 afternoon from his residence here in Konandur.

 

Police suspect that Mahabalesh would have been abducted over a family feud by his relative, Manjunath. Police rushed to the spot on a complaint lodged by Mahabalesh’s family.

 

District Congress president Prasanna Kumar too has lodged a complaint with Shimoga police SP in this regard.
