Shivamogga, Nov 30: In an accident which happened near tiger and lion reserve at Tyavarekoppa in the district, two persons seated on a motorbike lost their lives. They have been identified as Dasharath Naik (40) and Chandra Naik (43).
The unfortunate victims of the accident were moving to their village, Muddinakoppa from Shivamogga in a motorbike on Thursday night when a private bus that was bound for Bengaluru from Sagar hit them hard. Both the injured were admitted into Mcgann Hospital in the city but they succumbed to injuries suffered in the accident.
A case in this connection was filed in Tunganagara police station.
