Students! your exam timetable/Portion shall be rescheduled again. Planning/discipline/Education is not necessary to become a successful politician. The minister wants you to be like him. Only learn to say "right poyee" . and you will get a responsible place in the government soon???

The South kanara has the highest number of education institutions and also medical colleges compared to any other district in Karnataka. But it is unfortunate for people of south kanara in matter of politics. The minister if at all had plan to change the academic calendar of the school then it has to be announced at the month of June .

This news just before 2 weeks is really a madness of these useless people. These ministers who instructions as per their choice are not well educated as much as we readers on this site. These ministers may not have even an email address so that we can criticize them directly. The DDPI should undertake a feed back operation before implementing such plans which affect unlimited number of people on their travel schedules for Mid term holidays.

There is no problem in changing th e holiday schedule but it should be announced at the beginning of the accademic year when the school calendar is printed as per the directions of the ddpi. Since Dasara vacation is celebrated year after year the District in charge minister should have instructed the education department well in advance and not at the eleventh hour.

Very sad news... it should be announced atleast well in advance!!! It is really hurting us as per our holidays plan in october. If they announced earlier then it is good for us also that we can get extra 3 days for EID also...
