Mangaluru, Dec 12: JCI Ganeshpura organized an ‘Empowering Youth’ training programme for the 9th and 10th standard students of Government High School, Badaga Ekkar.
The students were trained in effective public speaking, communication skills, human relationship, self-improvement, goal-setting and leadership through various activities.
JCI India Zone trainers Laxmisha Anchan, Shrisha Karmaran, Sharat Kumar and Smitha P Holla conducted the training. Chandan D’Souza and Shubha Sharat Kumar assisted.
JCI Ganeshpura president, Sharat Kumar presided over the inaugural ceremony. Medhavi M, zonal vice-president of JCI Zone 15, Region ‘F’ was the chief guest. The school headmaster, Usman, past-president of JCI Ganeshpura Smita P Holla, project director, Chandan D’Souza, school teachers and others were present.
