Brahmavar, Dec 29: Driver of an auto rickshaw lost his life after the vehicle he was driving turned turtle near Vishwambhara Cashew Factory at Padu Neelavara near Brahmavar. This accident happened on Friday December 27.

Basava Poojary was moving towards Brahmavar from the direction of Neelavara on Friday when the vehicle tripped and fell to the road. Basava Poojary got stuck under the weight of the vehicle. Seriously injured Poojary was admitted into a private hospital at Brahmavar by a couple of passers-by. But the doctors who attended to him found that he had already breathed his last.

A case of accidental death stands registered in Brahmavar police station in this respect.
