There is very large scale migration of people from rural to urban places for better education, jobs and medical facilities in the recent time. There are no job opportunities at rural / small towns, the rush at metro cities are at its peak. This problem should be addressed by the Government at the earliest otherwise economical and social imbalance in rural and urban India will keep growing exceptionally.
As per my opinion the above facilities should be available at District level or within a radius of 100 Km.
I think South Kanara is one of the district in India which fulfills the criteria, North Kanara is 25 to 30 years behind South Kanara in this race
