Bengaluru: HC dismisses election petition - Prajwal Revanna can now breathe easy

Bengaluru, Feb 1: The state high court has dismissed an election petition filed against Hassan MP Prajwal Revanna by advocate Devaraje Gowda.

A single judge bench of the high court which heard the petition, on Friday January 31, quashed the petition. With this, both the election petitions challenging Prajwal's election to the Lok Sabha filed in the high court have been rejected. Prajwal currently is free of any legal challenge relating to his election.
