I really agree with Mr.Arvins comment. Helping others seeking publicity is really bad but in this case I know how Mr.Roy and his friends managed their time to make sure the contribution must reach the needy. They themselves travelled to Bellary for that purpose only without bothering their busy schedule. I expect themm to do such help in the future also. May God bless Mr.Roy and his friends for this effort and give them more strengh to respond on such occations if any in the future. May God bless them.

It is true that the people have donated in crores to government. The government is seeking help from the center. Yes, they will get it. But our government machinery is so corrupt that this help hardly reaches to the needy. Already it is shown in electonic media the spoiled rice and wheat that has been distributed.

Some revenue officials are suspended for corruption in distributing the relief material. Many of us are not aware that the government officials who get suspended get 90% of their salary during suspension(paid holiday!) and are reinstated after six months!(because the enquiry never gets over by that time) Instead of wasting 'crores' of money by donating to the government it is worth donating few lakhs to the organisations like church and local NGOs. There are many leaders in Mangalore, how many have taken pain to collect the material, then travel to the affected area at their own and donating the things? Good work done by Mr. Roy Castelino and his friends to be appreciated . God bless them and to others who criticise them.

Publicity is a important tool in todays era. There are people never donate a signle penny to the good casue. When they see churches are donating for a good casue, then possible of mind and hearts changes and start thinking of donating. Guys donot critisize for doing good job. Critisize those who collects the funds and keeps in thier pockets

Some people helped (individual) more than Crore each rupees to govt. They never appeared in any news. People who donate in few lacs appear prominently. Ladies and gentlemen, it is time to think and time to change !

Helping nature is always good, but seeking publicity in the name of help is not healthy. May God bless us everyone
