Udupi: Relic feast of St Anthony celebrated at Belman

Udupi, Feb 18: Feast Of Relic of St Anthony was celebrated at St Anthony Shrine, Belman. The main celebrant was Fr Reginald Pinto director, Sampada, Udupi.

The spreading of Coronavirus has caused death and illness among people. It has created fear psychosis among people all over the world

The prayer was offered to St Anthony the great physician who during His earthly ministry healed people.















































































































































St Anthony whose feast is being celebrated on Feb 18 also performed miracles and healed many people in the name of God. Along with Fr Edwin D'Souza parish priest of Belman, Fr. Ivan Martis assistant parish priest, Fr Roy Lobo, Fr Roshan D'Souza, Fr Luwis D'Sa, Fr Rosario Fernandez, Mass started with candle distribution to all donors and to those who served during the year. Parish Council vice-president Alwyn Agera, secretary Favostine D'Souza, St Anthony Shrine vice-president were present.

The president and convenor of Pakala committee Gregory Menezes, Gretta D'Souza, Presilla D'Souza were present during the celebration. Feast concluded with lunch for all 2000 devotees. Fr Edwin D'Souza extended his gratitude to all who helped to during the whole year, donors and sponsors.
