Bangalore: Four Arrested for Damaging Vehicles in Several Areas


Bangalore, Nov 1 (DHNS): Kumaraswamy Layout police have arrested four persons who wreaked havoc in and around KS Layout on early Saturday morning by damaging several vehicles. 

The accused have been identified as Madhu (19), Fayaz Pasha (22), both from Sarabandepalya behind Banashankari temple, Rizwan (22) of Jayanagar 9th east block and Nayaz (24) of Siddapura. Another accused Shahid (22) of Sarabandepalya is absconding, said the police.

The police said: “All the four accused wanted to enhance their rowdy image by projecting themselves to be strong enough and can go to any extent. They hatched a conspiracy to brandish lethal weapons and hockey sticks and damage vehicles parked outside houses to attract attention of residents. They presumed that people would oblige their directives if they created a sense of insecurity among the residents. Accordingly, they set out on their bikes during late night on October 30 and went on damaging vehicles in Pragathipura. Total loss of the damage caused to vehicles is estimated to be around several lakhs.”

The police immediately swung into action and constituted to a team to zero in on the accused.
Based on a tip off, the police surrounded the accused near NMS Garments on Sarakki Pipeline Road when they were in a ready position with lethal weapons and chilli powder to rob passers by and arrested them. The admitted of having damaged the vehicles when the police grilled them, added the police.

One of the accused Madhu is an associate of rowdy-sheeted person named Shiva alias Pappayi Shiva. Madhu is allegedly involved in the murder of Kencha alias Venkatesh of Cauverinagar in Banashankari police limits.

Rizwan was involved in an extortion case in KS Layout and was imprisoned. He had come out of the prisons recently, while Nayaz is reportedly involved in a murder case reported in Mic-layout police limits.
Fayaz is a close aid of a notorious rowdy-sheeter Diwan Ali. With the help of his friends, Fayaz hacked Daulat Khan of Yarabnagar to death, added the police.

    They all booked under criminal offences for one or the other. Still they are roaming freely with nuisance. Do not torture, instead of make them to work in fields, let them do the community work, which will help to turn them from their wrong doings.

    Our Jails are training camps for the criminals..! Instead of humbling them, our police teach them what are the loop holes and how to come out of the issue and also the friendship & Lessons from the other deadly criminals who already has mastered the trick..!

    With so many cases against them, why did the police not arrest them earlier or put them under survelliance. I am sure they will be out in a few days to cause more trouble. These guys should be beaten black and blue and tortured with electric shocks so that they dare not even think of doing the act again and make them pay five times the damage they did to the owners of the vehicles they damaged.
