Is this action only in coastal area? I saw encroachment by influential people in various parts of our district. Even in some places road margin, which was left by property owners has been encroached by someone else.

Better late than never - discipline against officers who issue door nos., etc., must be taken prior and then the encroachers. The records may have been issued against bribes. Its two way problem for the govt., (1) to pay salaries of these corrupt officers (2) to vacate the encroachers. Why burden a tax-payer ? Wasn't he better off having not paid his taxes ?
