Brahmavar: Man found dead inside parked vehicle

Brahmavar, Mar 28: The mortal remains of a deceased man were found inside a parked three-wheeler Bolero pick-up goods vehicle at Petri in Cherkady village in the taluk recently.

The vehicle belongs to Prakash Shetty. After visiting various places for soap line sales, he had parked the vehicle near his parental at Petri on Tuesday. He had left behind the key in the ignition. When he returned to the vehicle on Thursday, he found foul smell from the vehicle. The door of the vehicle was locked. Through the glass, he could find the lifeless body of a man aged between 40 and 45 inside.

The man would have died either because of ill health or on account of suffocation caused by locking of the door, it is guessed. Those who have any information about the deceased is requested to contact Brahmavar police station.
