Mangalore: Sacred Hearts High School Celebrates Annual Day

The annual day celebrations of Sacred Hearts’ High School, Kulshekar was held at the school grounds on Tuesday December 8.
 
Bethany Educational Society secretary Sr Joy presided. City school’s physical education co-ordinator Vinod Gaonkar was the guest of honor. Vinod Gaonkar distributed prizes to the students who won in the extra-curricular activities and sports. 
 

 

Sr Joy distributed prizes for general proficiency and the students who participated in the state and national-level athletics.
 
Priyanka, who participated in the national-level discus throw at Punjab and secured the fourth place and students who participated in the state-level net ball as well as selected for the national-level were honoured by both Sr Joy and Vinod Gaonkar on the occasion.
 
It was a day of celebration and gaiety, as the students of the  entire school participated in the class-wise display. The colorful displays with themes of patriotism, peace, national unity were a feast to the eyes of the audience. The students exhibited their multiple talents and abilities through these displays.

The annual day concluded with an invitation to live in peace and harmony amidst the diversities of India.
