Shivamogga, Apr 15: A number of police personnel and civic workers have been striving to keep the killer coronavirus at bay by working diligently and sincerely. In recognition of their valuable service to society, the people here expressed gratitude to them by washing their feet and offering puja.
As the need was felt to give these people recognition they richly deserve, BJP workers and villagers felicitated policemen and civic workers at Kadekal in the city. A few people, speaking on the occasion, appreciated them for working day and night inspite of lockdown in the interests of protecting the citizens.
